Typically we can show up, take a quick look then get you the quote through email. A few days later we will call to ensure you received the quote. It's a great idea to check your junk mail before reaching out to us. We do work Saturdays and Sundays if needed but typically we try and do commercial cleaning on those days when the traffic is a bit less.
Quite often our clients are at work or away on the day we do the actual work. As long as you have your windows closed, water outlet are working properly, vehicles out of the way and the area around your placed is organized including dog waste picked up, we are usually fine. When you get your quote and job reminder emails we always attach a disclaimer that explains what we “Expect from you” & “What to expect from us” on the day of and leading up to the job.
